3. Set Up Weather Notifications

Now, configure the specific weather alerts you wish to receive:

  • To receive notifications for other locations, tap the location under Your Locations, then toggle on the desired notifications.

4. Manage Suggested Locations

The Weather app can also notify you about weather in locations you frequently visit:

  • Open Settings.

  • Select System Services.
  • Tap Significant Locations & Routes and toggle it on.
  • Return to Settings and tap Weather.
  • Under Locations, toggle on Suggested Locations.

  • Under Suggested Locations, toggle on Severe Weather to receive alerts for these areas.

5. Troubleshooting

If you're not receiving weather notifications:

  • Ensure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version.
  • Verify that Location Services and Precise Location are enabled for the Weather app.
  • Confirm that Allow Notifications is enabled in the Weather app settings.
